Milk food sugar (lactose)

Lactose

Lactose is a natural sugar found exclusively in animal milk, that is why it is called "milk sugar".

Lactose is used as a nutrient in the production of various products, and is also added to the food of infants to match the composition of human milk.

It helps the body absorb calcium and a number of other minerals such as magnesium, copper and zinc. Lactose improves intestinal function by stimulating the reproduction of beneficial bacteria in it, thereby increasing overall immunity and body tone.

At the same time, it promotes better absorption of calcium and vitamins.

(in particular, B vitamins).
